Meet the Orbea Rise, a lightweight e-bike designed to deliver a ride experience that is more like a regular mountain bike.
Orbea used Shimano's new EP8 motor with a custom tune dubbed RS (Ride Synergy).
This custom tune resulted in a restricted torque setting, allowing Orbea to use a lighter frame and traditional mountain bike parts.
The final product is an e-bike that is incredibly light and agile on the trail.
